Having reviewed the teaching activity carried out by JORQUES JIMENEZ, DANIEL, professor at the Universitat de València, since 1991 and within the period subject to evaluation, in accordance with the procedure regulated in the Regulations for the evaluation of the teaching activity of the teaching staff of the Universitat de València and in the Manual for the evaluation of the teaching activity of the teaching staff (ACGUV 230/2019 and 229/2019, of 17 December)

In accordance with the evaluation report issued by the Teaching Activity Evaluation Committee attached to this resolution (Annex 1) in which a score of 200 points out of 200 is awarded at the advanced level

Having fulfilled the hearing and submission period given to the interested party

This Rectorate
RESOLVES:
First.- To grant a FAVORABLE evaluation of the teaching activity at the basic level.
Second.- Awarding the grade of EXCELLENT in the advanced level assessment.

Against this resolution, which exhausts the administrative route, an optional appeal for reconsideration may be filed with the rector within a period of one month, or a direct administrative appeal before the administrative courts within a period of two months. Both deadlines will be calculated from the day after notification of this resolution.
