He holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Law and in Business Administration from the University of Valencia, both awarded with Extraordinary Prizes. His academic work focuses on Civil Law, particularly on the law of obligations, contract theory, and tort law.

He earned his PhD in Law from the Universities of Valencia and Bologna, receiving the distinction of sobresaliente cum laude, with a dissertation entitled La determinación del daño contractual resarcible en el Código Civil español, devoted to the legal criteria for the quantification of contractual loss.

His publications address contemporary issues in contract law and tort law, with particular interest in the scope of compensable damage and the development of modern private law. He teaches courses on obligations, contracts, and tort law.
