Laura Lorente holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (2003) and a PhD in Psychology (2009). She is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Social Psychology at the University of Valencia, where she teaches undergraduate and master’s courses related to Work and Organizational Psychology. Since 2024, she has coordinated the consolidated Educational Innovation Group “Digitalization and Internationalization of Teaching in WOP-P” and also serves as the coordinator for the third year of the Psychology undergraduate program. She is a member of the University Research Institute in Human Resources Psychology, Organizational Development and Quality of Work Life (www.uv.es/IDOCAL), where she carries out her research activity. The main mission of this institute is to promote academic research aimed at improving employees' and organizations’ quality of life. She has participated in several competitive national and international research projects, primarily focused on well-being and occupational health, and has numerous publications in high-impact scientific journals such as International Journal of Psychology, Journal of Happiness Studies, Social Indicators Research, and Journal of Managerial Psychology, among others.
