Biography

Gosia Kozusznik has a PhD in Psychology of Human Resources (2013, extraordinary award), is Assistant Professor at the Department of Social Psychology at the University of Valencia, and Visiting Professor at the Occupational & Organisational Psychology and Professional Learning Group at KU Leuven (Belgium). Between 2018 and 2020 she was a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Research Fellow at KU Leuven, and worked at Complutense University of Madrid (2020), University of Exeter in the UK (2013-2014), and University of Valencia.

Gosia teaches both undergraduate and graduate levels, mainly in Organizational Psychology and Social Psychology

Gosia's research focuses on the study of stress, well-being and performance in organizations, as well as collective processes in teams (conflict, conflict management, collective coping). Her research interest includes emerging ways of working (e.g., startup teams, human-cobot teams).

The results of Gosia's research have been published in high-impact international journals (e.g., Computers in Human Behavior, International Journal of Stress Management, Annals of Behavioral Medicine, Environment & Behavior, International Journal of Conflict Management).

She is member of the International Association of Applied Psychology, the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology, the Polish Association of Organizational Psychology, and is a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Stress Management.
