Biography

PhD research fellow (FPU grant) in the Department of Psychobiology at the University of Valencia. My research specializes in cognitive and affective neuroscience, exploring the interconnection between psychophysiological mechanisms of interoception, distress tolerance, and decision-making in the context of anxiety and risk-taking behaviors. I combine experimental research—utilizing electrophysiological recordings and the study of respiratory physiology—with extensive clinical experience in clinical neuropsychology. Regarding my teaching activity, I lecture in the area of psychobiology and actively participate in educational innovation projects focused on active learning.
