Marta Broch holds a degree in German Philology from the University of Valencia, where she also obtained the Pedagogical Aptitude Course and completed the Postgraduate in German Translation. Likewise, at the Universität Mainz (Germany), she completed the postgraduate course "Translation/Introduction to Interpretation."
Also interested in the teaching of Spanish, she carried out the course "Training of Spanish Teachers (Level B)" at the Instituto Cervantes and has worked as an assistant in teaching Spanish at the secondary education level in Germany.
She began her teaching career as a German teacher in several Official Language Schools. She has also taught German at the Language Center of the Polytechnic University of Valencia and in several private language centers, including managing her own center with specialized German courses for work purposes.
She was an associate professor at the Faculty of Philology and Translation of the University of Valencia, teaching courses in the German language (general and for specific purposes), translation and literature.
She is interested in teaching German for specific purposes and interculturality in language learning. She has developed workshops and presentations to address interculturality in the classroom.
