[María Iborra is Associate Professor in Strategic Management at University of València (Spain), from which she holds her PhD. Her research interests are in the areas of strategic management: specifically the role of upper echelons on management and corporate governance of family and SMEs; CSR/CSI, values and culture are also key areas.
