Miriam Mínguez Avellán has a degree in Physics from the University of Valencia and has a Master's degree in Nanoscience and Molecular Nanotechnology from the same institution. He is currently a doctoral student in Semiconductor Physics at the Institute of Materials Science of the University of Valencia (ICMUV), where he develops his research focused on the optical and electrical characterization of semiconductor materials with a perovskite structure for optoelectronic applications.
