Miguel Pérez has a degree in Humanities from the Universitat Jaume I of Castelló de la Plana, and he completed his doctorate at the Universitat de València, specializing in contemporary Spanish literature. He has written several articles related to the world of poetry and culture in general, interspersing this research work with his performance as an ELE professor since 2010, and as a reader of the MAEC-AECID at the Tbilisi State University (Georgia) and at the Sofia University (Bulgaria). He is also an accredited examiner of the Cervantes Institute at all levels (A, B and C).
