To address these areas, she adopts an interdisciplinary perspective that brings together Cultural History, the Sociology of Literature, Gender Studies, Cognitive Literary Studies, and the History of Emotions.
The second line of research focuses on the transfer of knowledge and research findings, with particular attention to heritage education and to the design and development of virtual learning environments for the management and dissemination of educational content.
Her research career has resulted in a substantial body of scholarly work, including books, book chapters, and articles in specialised journals. Her work has been published in indexed journals and by prestigious academic publishers, several of which are included in the Scholarly Publishers Indicators (SPI).
