Olga Briasco has a degree in Journalism from Cardenal Herrera-CEU University. In 2006 she began working at Levante-EMV, where she trained in various sections of the newspaper, such as layout, culture, gastronomy and regions. He was also part of the team of ‘La Cartelera’, the weekly cultural magazine of the newspaper. In 2015 she joined Valencia Plaza where she has focused her journalistic work on social and environmental issues. She is currently editor-in-chief of Plaza magazine and collaborates with Guía Hedonista and 5Barricas. 

She also combines her daily work at Valencia Plaza with that of associate lecturer in the Degree in Journalism at the University of Valencia since 2022. She also tutors Final Degree Projects, especially those related to written reports.
