Pedro García Guijarro holds a degree in Law + Political Science and Public Administration and has completed the Master's Degree in Constitutional Law at the Center for Political and Constitutional Studies.

Currently, he is a predoctoral researcher affiliated with the Institute of Human Rights (IDHUV). He carries out research and teaching activities, funded by the Regional Ministry of Education, Culture, Universities, and Employment of the Generalitat Valenciana (CIACIF 2024). He has worked on various research lines related to tax decentralization and the rights of nature, and he is currently developing his doctoral thesis on public initiative in economic activity.
