Biography

Rodolfo Marcone-Lo Presti is an Assistant Professor (Profesor Colaborador Doctor) in the Department of Law and Business at Universidad Cardenal Herrera-CEU (Valencia, Spain). He holds a PhD in Philosophy of Law and Politics from the University of Valencia (Sobresaliente Cum Laude), alongside Master’s degrees in Constitutional Law and Law, Business, and Justice.

As a legal scholar and practicing attorney with over a decade of experience, his work bridges high-level litigation and legal theory. In 2024, he gained international recognition for sponsoring a war crimes and genocide complaint before the International Criminal Court (Palestine v. Israel).

His research focuses on legal philosophy, human rights, and public policy. He has authored four books and over thirty academic publications. He serves on the Scientific Committee of the Revista Persona y Derecho (University of Navarra) and is an active member of the Scholas Chairs and the Economy of Francesco. Previously, he served as a strategic advisor to the National Congress of Chile on human rights policies for vulnerable populations.
