Rosa Lapiedra Alcamí has a degree in law and a PhD in Law from the University of Valencia. She is a professor of private international law at the “Adolfo Miaja de la Muela” Department of International Law at the University of Valencia. He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in private international law, international trade and immigration matters. She has worked in different lines of research such as international trade law, international labor law and worker protection, family law and the protection of minors, in particular, international child abduction, the gender perspective and educational innovation.

She has belonged to more than 25 national, regional and European research projects and has been principal researcher in a European Jean Monnet action on European family law. Recently, he has participated in two research projects related to aspects of digitalization in the EU and AI. Along with this, it participates in educational innovation projects. He has carried out research stays at the Instituteof Advanced Legal Studies (IALS) in London, at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, and at the Hague Academy of Private International Law.

Currently, he has three six-year research years and five five-year teaching years and has published numerous publications both in specialized magazines and in Spanish and international publishers. Likewise, he has participated as a speaker in conferences and conferences, both national and international.

With regard to academic management, she has served as Director of the "adolfo Miaja de la Muela" Department of International Law, Secretary of the Departmentof International Law and is currently coordinator of the Law degree at the Faculty of Law of the University of Valencia.
