Rosa Ortí Cotino, a specialist in university cooperation management and academic internationalization, she is the Head of the Cooperation Section at the Service for International Relations and Cooperation at the University of Valencia. Since 2008, she has worked as a project manager for research and educational innovation at the university. Her work focuses on securing European funding, coordinating with international partners, project administration, and disseminating results, along with editing tasks for press, the institutional website, and the university magazine.

In the academic field, she has been an Associate Professor since 2009, teaching English for Health Sciences, with previous experience as coordinator and teacher at the Cervantes Institute in Hanoi and at universities in Vietnam and China, as well as teaching Chinese and Spanish language and culture at various institutions.
