Salvador Alberola holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Valencia (2007) and a PhD in Social and Health Care for Dependent Persons from the University of Valencia (2016). He currently works as an associate professor in the Department of Evolutionary and Educational Psychology. He has been a member of the Advanced Research Methods Applied to Quality of Life Promotion (ARMAQoL) research group since 2023 and of the Affective Bonds Research Group (VINCULA) since 2024. He has been a member of the Teaching Innovation Group: Applied Creative Writing (ODS) (CRASH-ODS) since 2026. His research areas are: Active and Successful Aging (where he has collaborated on three research projects aimed at improving the quality of life of older adults); Academic Engagement; and Attachment in Children and Adolescents.
