Diana Seguí-Mas holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) and is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration “Juan José Renau Piqueras” at the University of Valencia (UV).

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Financial Planning and Management from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) and has over 15 years of teaching experience in both public and private universities. She has taught at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, in both online and on-campus formats, delivering courses related to business organization, corporate social responsibility, and entrepreneurship, while consistently integrating active learning methodologies into her teaching practice.

She combines teaching with academic leadership, having held several management positions, including Head of the Social Sciences Area and Master’s Programme Director. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship education and sustainable organizations.
