Certified English and Spanish language teacher at the Centre d’Idiomes of the University of Valencia and accredited DELE and PACLE CertACLES examiner. Sonia holds a BA in Modern Languages and Translation from the University of Nottingham (2018), an MA in Teacher Training for Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE) from the University of Barcelona (2021), and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education Teaching from the University of Valencia (2025). She is also TEFL and CELTA certified.
She has worked as an English language teacher at Kazan Federal University and as a Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE) teacher at International House. In the field of ELE teaching, she has experience teaching all CEFR levels, as well as delivering specialised courses in business Spanish, grammar, pronunciation, and DELE exam preparation. As an English teacher, she has taught general English courses, exam preparation courses (PACLE CertACLES, Cambridge, and TOEFL), and programmes designed for professionals in international trade, in collaboration with the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE).
