Biography

She has a degree in Economic and Business Sciences; PhD in Economics and Business by the University of Valencia, Spain. She has been co-director of the Official Master of Human Resource Management, offered by the University of Valencia. Her teaching and research specialization focuses on the area of ​​Strategic Management, in
particular on the strategic implementation process, as well as in the relationship between strategy and Excellence Models. She has also focused part of her research on gender studies in relation to strategy, as well as on the relationship between strategy and HR management. She has supervised 10 doctoral dissertations and different master's thesis, concentrated in two programs: the master's degree in strategy and the Master's Degree in Human Resources Management. She has been recognized a six-year research period. She has  developed different research stays in national (University of Alicante) and foreign universities (Aston University, Manchester Metropolitan University). She has been invited to teach conferences and seminars in different foreign universities such as the Regional University of Blumenau (Brazil) or the Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla (Colombia), being especially
highlighted the one given as the Official Opening Conference of the Annual Science Congress Economics held in San José (Costa Rica) in 2008. She has published in both Spanish and international journals (Journal of Organizational Change Management, Service Business, Service Industries Journal, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, European Business Review or Innovar Journal). She has participated in international and national forums and conferences; and among the teaching materials published highlights a manual by Cívitas in 1998 that was used as reference text in many of the Labor Relations Schools of Spain.
