Víctor Valls Royo (degree in Psychology -2007- and Ph.D. in Psychology of Human Resources -2015-, University of Valencia, Spain) is an Assistant Professor at the Research Institute on Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL). His doctoral dissertation was conducted under the direction of Prof. Vicente González-Romá and Prof. Inés Tomás, and examines the mechanisms linking the influence of work team diversity on team performance. In recent years, he has participated in several research projects and academic initiatives with different research topics (e.g., graduates’ overqualification). He has published his studies in the discipline in books and international scientific journals such as: Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology and Journal of Vocational Behaviour.
