I graduated in 1997, obtaining the Extraordinary Degree Award, and later I received a pre-doctoral grant from the Generalitat Valenciana for my doctoral thesis on the lexicographical work of the illustrated Gregorio Mayans, which was awarded with the qualification of SOBRESALIENTE CUM LAUDE. I am currently a Permanent Lecturer. 

Member of the consolidated research group of the Uv, Valesco, since 2009, I have participated in 12 research projects, which make up the main lines in which I carry out my research work, the study of pragmatic attenuation and the study of digital discourses. I will refer to some of them below.

I would especially like to highlight my participation in three research projects related to the study of pragmatic attenuation, funded by the University of Valencia, the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, and the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness. 

I should also point out my participation in the projects coordinated by Dr. Sanmartín, related to the study of tourism on the Internet, and funded by the University of Valencia and the Ministry of Innovation. My contribution to the design of the layout and content of the Cometval Group's Multilingual Dictionary of Tourism (online, 2014) was particularly productive.

I am currently part of the Research Project funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation, PID2020-114805GB-100, ESPRINT, ‘Pragmatic-rhetorical strategies in conflicting conversational interaction between intimates and acquaintances: intensification, attenuation and interactional management’. 

Since my participation in 2001 in a project funded by the Commission of the European Communities, I have also been involved in research on the acquisition of Spanish as a second language, especially in virtual environments and in the use of corpora in the ELE classroom as well as in the teaching of the colloquial register.
