Carlos F. Franco Viñuales is an associate professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Valencia.

He has a degree in civil engineering, a degree in environmental sciences, a master's degree in occupational risk prevention and a doctorate in business management.

His teaching and research specialization focuses on the study of quality management (ISO 9001 standard), environmental management (ISO 14001 standard) and health and safety management (ISO 45001 standard).

He has developed numerous consulting projects on issues related to the implementation of quality, environmental, health and safety, compliance systems, etc.
