Graduated in Labor Relations and Human Resources by UVEG, specializing in labor and business consulting (2014). Universidad de Valencia Extraordinary End of Career Award, Valencian Generalitat Excellence Award and National End of Career Award granted by the Ministry of Education (best degree record in the course eligible at state level).

Master in Business Law at the UVEG, specializing in Legal-Labour Counseling (2017). Doctor in Law, Political Sciences and Criminology by UVEG (2021), in the branch of Labor Law and Social Security.

Predoctoral contract financed by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities within the sub-programme of Formación de Profesorado Universitario (FPU). Two research stays in Italy and Chile prior to participation in competitive calls.

My Doctoral Thesis entitled "Juridical-labor aspects of the reversal of public contracts: the integration of workers in the light of constitutional law and European law" received the qualification of outstanding cum laude and has received 3 research awards, among them, the prize for best Doctoral Thesis of the Economic and Social Committee of the Valencian Community (CES-CV) in 2022.

I have participated in 5 research projects financed by the Ministry (3) and by the GVA (2). I have several publications, both on the topic of the thesis and on other topics in publishing houses and magazines of recognized prestige in the discipline of labor law and social sciences[1], as well as with numerous participations as a speaker, communicator or organizing member in Congresses ofnational and international character.

The main lines of research developed so far, in addition to the subject of the thesis, are: 1) Intellectual property and copyright in the field of labor relations; 2) Digital disconnection; 3) Violence and harassment at work; 4) Public employment.
