Important! Have you previously been linked to UV?

If you previously had user access at the University of Valencia, do not create a new user profile. Recover or use your previous identity to avoid administrative issues and delays in your admission.

Many incidents in admission processes occur because the same person creates multiple accounts after changing their identification document (for example, from passport to NIE or from NIE to DNI).

Don’t remember your password?

If you previously had access with a user account (credentials) at the Universitat de València for the same user profile (student, teacher, external lecturer, ..) that you now need again, do not create a new user with the same profile. Recover or use your existing account to avoid duplicate records of your identity (and user account) and the resulting administrative issues or delays in your admission caused by such duplication.

Do you remember your password, but need a new profile?

If you need to access the system with a new user profile different from the one you already have (student, teacher, external lecturer...), use the identification document (passport, NIE or DNI) that you had previously registered when logging in with credentials, so the system can recognise you and create a new profile associated with your identity, also avoiding duplicate records in our systems.

Before registering:

  • Check whether you previously had access to UV.
  • Try to recover your previous user account.
  • If you have changed your identification document, report the change instead of creating a new identity.

Duplicate profiles may cause:

  • processing delays,
  • access problems,
  • issues with academic records,
  • and delays in enrolment.
