We want to share with you 017, a new short cybersecurity helpline number that the Government launches through the National Institute of Cybersecurity (INCIBE). The 017 centralizes the telephone attention services offered by INCIBE regarding questions or queries about cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, digital trust, safe and responsible use of the Internet and technology. The service is available every day of the year, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., it is confidential, it has a national scope and it is aimed at its general public at citizens who are Internet users in general.
