The Computer service puts within the reach of the university community, a knowledge base so that users can learn, obtain and read articles, user manuals and other documents of help and ICT support. It provides the means to discover solutions to known and solved problems. It contains information with a recovery system, a search engine, and structured content. The documents are available in three languages and are related and classified, constituting a support tool for the direct application of ICT work.
