During the day there have been held professional sessions, workshops, open stands for interested students in job opportunities.
Today there was held a Job Fair at the Faculty of Philology, Translation and Communication at the Universitat de València, an event oriented in bringing students closer to professional opportunities linked to their degrees.
The program has begun with an activity ¨Profesionales en las aulas¨, with simultaneous sessions by degree in which different professionals shared their career paths and addressed various job opportunities in areas such as communication, translation, publishing or teaching. Those sessions have allowed the students to learn about real life experiences and answer questions in a friendly format.
Following the UVocupació workshop focused on curriculum development and personal branding, the institutional welcome took place in the faculty hall, giving way to the space of stands of collaborating companies and entities. During this event, the students could make some direct contact with some organizations in their field, learn about in-demand profiles and gather information on selection processes.
The event ended in the afternoon with the practical workshop held by UVocupació about the interviews of selection and a session on the LABORA service, oriented in teaching about recourses for finding job placements.
