Microsoft Teams allows video conferencing. You can use this tool to make video lectures with students through the option "Meet now" available on the computer tab 'General'. This tool is not ready to differentiate different roles (student and teacher) so both users will have the same permissions. To be able to conduct a video class with your students, you can work online from Office365 or download the application on your computer (there are versions for Windows, Linux and Mac).
