Valencia. Tenured university professor of the Department of Procedural Administrative Law of the Universitat de València, member of the full university professor body of the university.
Currently, she is codirector of the Master’s degree in Gender Violence of the Universitat de València, apart from director of the Gender Violence Multidisciplinary Centre Research, with a multidisciplinary research team, where it goes in depth in the study of this violent phenomenon from the perspective of prevention and punishment (www.uv.es/genero).
Her research trajectory started with the study of the mechanisms for extrajudicial resolution of conflicts in the civil order, thanks to her research stays in prestigious Centres and Universities such as the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (Switzerland). On the other side, in the penal order she has developed two different and clear research lines, firstly, the transnational proof and, secondly, the protection of the consumer through collective actions in Europe.
Currently, she is carrying out a research from an interdisciplinary approach of prevention and eradication of gender violence, particularly, of the European prevention order. For this end, she has undertaken several stays in prestigious universities such as Tübingen Universität (Germany), Ludwig Maximilian Universitat Munich (Germany), Institute of European and Comparative Law (United Kingdom), Humboldt Universität in Berlin or Max-Planck-Insitut für Patentrecht (Germany).
