Created from an agreement between the Universitar de València and the Official College of Real Estate and Property Registrars of the Valencian Community to study in depth and research real estate registrar issues. A result of this cooperation are the activities carried out by this chair: free elective subjects, such as “Real Estate Registration Law”, “The Registrar Procedure”, “The acquired rights of property registrar”, courses and conferences of annual character, scholarships and awards to research papers.
