'Amarcord', de Federico Fellini

Amarcord projection, Federico Fellini, 1973, 177min. Within the cycle Federico Fellini.

Amarcord, which comes from the expression "il mio recordo" (my memories), represents the very ridiculous staging of Fellini's childhood in his native city. From a very nostalgic perspective, the director reviews all the points that marked his childhood and adolescence. The Italy of the 1930s, in full facista period, is shown to us as a comic that deforms reality in order to satirise it and make fun of it.
