In a house in the country, Vania and Sonia have worked slavishly for maintaining it. Now, the professor SereBriakov and his young wife, Elena, have returned to the house for a visit, bringing with them chaos and disruption. In this suffocating environment of dashed hopes, the professor decides to announce a shocking plan.
The “Uncle Vania” is a work full of humor, misunderstood loves, great hopes and dreams for changing the reality that surround us, with the characteristic irony and sarcasm of Chekov, who make us laugh of our frustrations and he seems to pose a dilemma: resign or react to events?
With your student card, you can collect the coupons at the Language Independent Learning Centre of your campus (Burjassot, Library building; Tarongers, Aulari Nord; Blasco Ibañez, Aulari V), that you can exchange for tickets at the theatre box office one hour before the performance.
