Next 3rd March, the 2nd Encounter of Municipalities for the Common Good of the Valencian Community will take place at the La Nau Cultural Centre. This event is organised by The Valencian Association for Promotion of Economy for the Common Good and the EBC Chair of the Universitat de València.

This proposal is a response to the need of putting together the efforts that are being made by the different Local Administrations to improve their management practices through the use of ethical, social and environmental criteria.

The Economy for the Common Good ECG is quickly becoming a benchmark economic model, not only for companies or enterprises, but also for Public Administrations. The implementation of its principles and of its tools (Common Good management and matrix) can help the public administrations improve their management processes, introducing ethical, social and environmental criteria.

This encounter has the purpose of making public the ECG model in the Local Administrations of the Valencian Community, with the aim of improving its management. In this sense, it is planned to hold a seminar aimed at politicians and technicians of local administrations, to share experiences and to improve their knowledge about the tools of the ECG model.
