A taste for healthy and sustainable eating
Conference given by Dolors Corella, Professor of Preventive Medicine and Public Health at the Universitat de València.
This conference belongs to the first block of the 37UEG programming dedicated to people. In this section, the focus will be on targets 1 to 5.
Within the framework of the objectives of sustainable development, the close relationship between the health of people and that of the planet is becoming increasingly evident. In this conference, Dolors Corella will present the relationship between food and health, as well as specifically with obesity, cardiovascular diseases, other chronic diseases and also its relevance in infectious diseases.
