Cartel Exposición
El Camp de Morvedre. Places and landscapes of public works.

The exhibition presents a selection of 17 elements of public works and transport preserved in the Valencian region. The exhibition offers a structured approach through the various networks in its territory such as roads, railways and maritime, as well as telecommunication, hydraulics and defence networks. With an extensive chronological and typological view of the selection made, the exhibition presents some elements of great patrimonial recognition, such as the vestiges of the Via Augusta or the defensive set of Grau Vell, with others less known, such as the optical telegraph tower located in the interior of the castle of Sagunt or the bridges that save the Palancia and the ravines of Linares and la Maladitxa. Also, they highlight infrastructures of greater magnitude, like those of the three railroads link the region or those that allow the distribution of the waters, such as the Major of Sagunt ditch or the Font of Quart.
