The 3^rd edition of the International Conference of Water Museums will take place from 12^th to 14^th June. This year the Tribunal de las Aguas commemorates the 10^th anniversary of its registration as Intangible Cultural Heritage of the UNESCO. On 14^th June, the Tribunal de las Aguas and l’Horta de València will be analysed in depth at the Faculty of Geography and History.

The celebration of the 10^th anniversary of the Registration to the Tribunal de las Aguas de la Vega de València in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Lists is the reason why the 3^rd International Conference of the Global Network of Water Museums is going to take place in Valencia. This seminar organises at the same time the 1^st International Seminar of the Tribunal de les Aigües de la Vega de València – Universitat de València.

The meeting has been organised by the Universitat de València by means of the Office of the Vice-principal of Territorial Projection and Society, the Tribunal de las Aguas de la Vega de València and the Global Network of Water Museums (WAMU-NET). There will be approximately a hundred attendees coming from Canada, USA, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, England, Holland, Italy, Belgium, France, Portugal, Romania, Greece, Austria and Croatia.
