Jaume X. Soler, expert on the field, will accompany us through the different wine-growing regions in the territory to talk about widely known black grapes variety such as the Boval, Monastrell, Giro, and others not as popular, but with a bright future such as the Mandó and the Forcallat. In addition, we will taste a special selection of wines made with the above mentioned varieties, so we can discover their organoleptic characteristics. We will analise consolidated wines, but also some innovative ones so we can have an idea of the wine possibilities that many areas of the Valencian territory offer.
