Kolia lives in a little village on the edge of the Barents sea, in Northen Russia. He has a mechanic workshop next to his house, where he lives with his young wife and son from a previous relationship. The major of the village is determined to approprriate Kolia's house and workshop at any cost, but Kolia is not willing to sell his proprierty.
