The brain is a fascinating organ of incredible complexity and with an exquisite cellular organization. Throughout evolution the brain has been changing with the emergence of a new region in mammals that is known as the neocortex. This region presents a great development in primates, being responsible for the most complex cognitive tasks including thought and language.

In order to attend to the seminar, it is compulsory to be enrolled.
