Beth is done with the violence of Jake, his husband. He always takes every opportunity to assault her. Their children live in an extreme situation surrounded by drugs and alcohol. Beth will see herself forced to look for shelter in the tradition of the Maori people, to which she belongs to, so she can get the energy she needs. Events hasten and the solution to Beth’s problems will be very hard.
