The Department of Catalan Language and Literature organizes the Conference on Catalan Language and Literature for Professionals: Studying, researching and disseminating the language and literary culture.

The conference is aimed at professionals of Catalan Philology, students of the last year of the Degree in Catalan Philology and students of the Master's Degree in Linguistic and Cultural Assessment.

What is the objective of this conference? To update the contents and to offer them a taste of the latest research and innovation lines of the Department.

Registration for the Catalan Philology Conferences for Professionals will be free of charge for all participants. The CEFIRE of Multilingualism is expected to issue a certificate of participation of 8 hours for secondary school teachers; the rest of the participants will receive a certificate from the Department of Catalan Language and Literature.

Participants: Secondary school teachers, professionals related to the study of Catalan Philology, 4th year students of the Catalan Philology Degree and of the Master's Degree in Linguistic Assessment and Literary Culture: Applications to the Valencian Context.

Date and place: Wednesday, May 3rd, from 16 to 20h, and Saturday, May 4th, from 10 to 14h, at the Faculty of Philology, Translation and Communication of the Universitat de València (Av. Blasco Ibáñez, 32 de València). Enric Valor Room
