As part of the Talent Promotion Programme - Innoagents 2025-2027 of the Valencian Institute of Competitiveness and Innovation IVACE +i (Generalitat Valenciana), financed with European Funds, Gracia Martí Besa joins CIDE as an Innovation Agent, thus becoming part of the IVACE+i network of Innovation Agents.
INNOAGENTS is the network of innovation agents in universities, research centres, business associations and other entities supporting innovation, created by the Valencian Institute of Competitiveness and Enterprise (IVACE+i) to promote the exploitation of knowledge and its transfer to companies.
CIDE, as a strategic agent of the Valencian Innovation System, will promote applied and results-oriented research that the centre has been developing since its creation in strategic sectors such as agriculture and forestry with the incorporation of the Innovation Agent. This figure will enable the effective transfer of the knowledge generated and the technologies developed to companies and public administrations, with the aim of implementing solutions based on the sustainable management and use of natural resources, promoting adaptive territorial action in the face of the challenges of climate change. It will also foster a culture of innovation that consolidates stable, long-term collaborations between the industrial and business sectors and the scientific and academic sectors.
The InnoResiliencia project (INNTA1/2025/17), within which this recruitment takes place, has a clear objective: to bring the scientific knowledge generated by CIDE to the Valencian region, generating impact and accompanying Valencian administrations and businesses in their transition towards more sustainable models adapted to climate change, through applied innovation projects.
Therefore, in the coming years, CIDE will work to:
- Maximise the impact of scientific research
- Connect science, business and government
- Encourage collaborative R&D&I projects
- Promote resilient management of natural resources
This incorporation represents another step forward in consolidating CIDE as a strategic agent of the Valencian Innovation System, reinforcing its commitment to knowledge transfer and science with impact.
Action co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Program of the Valencian Community 2021-2027, with a budget of €121,044.45.
