The next 28th and 29th January the VIII Human Resources Conference of Asociación Científica de Economía y Dirección de la Empresa(ACEDE)will be held at the Faculty of Economics of the Universitat de València, organized by Professor Andrés Salas.

For more information see the attached leaflet. Registration for the conference is completely free. The Academic Committee of the Doctoral Program encourages doctoral students to participate. In order to participate it is necessary to register through the link you may find in the leaflet.

Those doctoral students who have advanced their thesis project, having developed their theoretical framework and model, are encouraged to apply for the doctoral workshop (only if their research topic is adjusted to that of the conference).

The conference also includes two interesting conferences related to research topics:

  • Teresa Canet and Lorenzo Revuelto (Universitat de València): La importancia de las percepciones y del contexto en la gestión de RRHH: nuevos enfoques y oportunidades de investigación.
  • Yasin Rofcanin (University of Bath): Individualised and proactive work approaches to human resource management. Implications for future research.

Given the international nature of the conference, participation in the English taught seminar may be computed within the 6 international seminars in which doctoral students must have participated as a requirement to the defense of their doctoral thesis.
