The Faculty of Psychology hosts, from September 6 to 9, the 12th edition of the Scientific Conference on the Psychology of Human Resources, which in 2022 focuses on the digitization and robotization processes applied to the labor sphere.

This conference, organized by the University of Valencia, the University of Seville and the IDOCAL Institute, will strengthen research on the psychosocial aspects of human resources in organizations.

In these sessions, different trends and issues that contribute to the progress of society will be analyzed. Some of these topics are the promotion of sustainable well-being in organizations, the development of human capital, social and organizational factors that promote employability, conflict resolution processes and the influence of digitalization at work. The participation of junior and senior researchers from different research lines in this field, both from the University of Valencia and the University of Seville, will allow us to debate and reflect on the challenges our discipline currently faces.

In addition, we have the participation of three invited professors who will give conferences on Robotization and digitalization and their influence on work:  Pascale Le Blanc (Eindhoven University of Technology), Sonja Rispens (Eindhoven University of Technology), Gudela Grote (Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule (ETH) Zürich).
