The Juan Castelló PhD scholarships, funded jointly by the City Council of Valencia and the Universitat de València, provide financial aid to students from priority development cooperation countries to pursue official doctoral studies at the Universitat de València. Both institutions combine their efforts so that these students can carry out their scientific and academic project in the doctoral programmes of the Universitat de València related to development cooperation and/or the Sustainable Development Goals.
