The FORTHEM short-term mobility (STM) in Business and Entrepreneurship, Future Talents, organised by the International Relations Office of the Faculty of Economics was celebrated from the 11th till the 15th of July 2022. Twenty international students (10 enrolled in Bachelor’s degree, 8 in Master’s studies and 2 PhD students) coming from 6 FORTHEM member universities (Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, Université de Bourgogne, Jyväskylän yliopisto; Uniwersytet Opolski; Universita' degli Studi di Palermo and Latvijas Universitāte) successfully completed the STM or “Summer School”.
The academic programme, combining a series of lectures, interactive workshops and mentoring, was delivered by a team of eight lecturers at the Faculty of Economics. On the last day of the STM each international team of students presented their business idea in front of a jury of lecturers from FdE. This short-term mobility managed to combine academic learning, cross-cultural enrichment, and action-packed social activities.
