Enrolment is now open for the IBM Quantum Computer Programming at the Universitat de València.

Quantum computing is emerging as a new computing paradigm in which it will be necessary to use new programming techniques and build the whole algorithmic building from scratch. In this sense, the course is a proactive initiative in the strategic training of researchers and students in a technology that can revolutionize the computing science known up to now.

This is a step further in the enterprise by the Universitat de València for teaching this cutting-edge technology. This course will be taught by UV and ABDProf staff (a leading company in Quantum Computing).

Location: School of Engineering (ETSE-UV)

Duration: 20 hours - 2 creditsFrom 11 to 15 February 2019

Content: Introduction to Quantum Physics, Fourier Transform and complex calculus, matrix algebra and Hilbert spaces, quantum mechanics and quantum computation.

Vacancies: 39

Price: 50 € (UV students) - 70 € (general public)
