MAES Visiting Professor Santiago González y Fernández-Corugedo, Full Professor of English Studies at the University of Oviedo, will teach a seminar on "Editing English literary texts", on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, 4-6 pm in room 109 (Facultat de Filologia, Traducció i Comunicació).

He has taught Ph.D. courses on research methods and literary editing at numerous universities, in and outside Spain. He is or has been a member of editorial/advisory boards of some twenty academic journals and the author of the Anthology of Middle English Texts for the Oxford University Text Archive He has also served at the Ministry of Education’s ANECA and has been Consul of Education and Science at the Consulate General of Spain in Miami and Education and Science Commissioner at the Embassies of Spain in Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines.
