Dr. Diana Ramírez Carvajal, Full University Professor of Procedural Law and Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Medellín, has undertaken a stay in the Universitat de València, invited by the research team CIPROM 2023-64 GVA. She and this research team maintain a relationship of direct academic and research collaboration, and she has hold several conferences and sessions with members of the JUSOST research team.
Her very interesting interventions focused on "Masc/ADR, a model of sustainable Justice, better or worst for vulnerable people?" and "The influence of technology in civil proceedings, better tutelage?" Moreover, Dr. Diana Ramírez Carvajal has participated in the group sessions that took place on the first days of December, determining joint actions of the team with the research group that she directs.
