On 18 November it was celebrated in the facilities of the Lluís Alcanyís Foundation the event “Flash Workshop on Diet, Nutrition & Health”, organised within the framework of the European project “FlashDiet: Balanced Diet: Become aware and fight against malnutrition”, developed by the Lluís Alcanyís Foundation, groups CUINA and Sabien, from the UPV and Food&HealthLab of the UV.
In accordance with the objectives of the event, and through expert professionals in the area of nutrition and health, current initiatives, strategies, good practices and successful cases were treated in the event. Other objective was to detect the needs of the different actors of the ecosystem -users, professionals and public organisms- and to dialog among all of them to define new ideas and ways to boost new opportunities.
